    What will we do?

    GAP classes with HIIT method workouts.

    The class will consist of two parts:

    -The first part: strength training to achieve muscle mass gains in the leg area, glutes, and abs.

    The second part will be dedicated to HIIT method training. With it, we will accelerate our metabolism and thus help us lose fat and get a more toned body.

    The activity will be performed with material provided by me previously disinfected.
