    The Rower’s Course is your gateway to a unique experience at sea. Whether you’re starting from scratch or looking to refine your technique, here you’ll learn to row correctly, safely, and with purpose.

    We work in small groups to provide you with personalized instruction, where every detail matters: from technique to coordination with the team.

    ⚡ What will you learn?

    From the very beginning, we’ll guide you step by step so you can understand and enjoy:

     

    How to position yourself correctly in the boat

    Oar handling and technique

    Coordination, rhythm, and efficiency in the stroke

    Boat control and team navigation

    All of this in a safe environment, with instructors who are with you every step of the way.

     

    🚣‍♂️ Here’s what the experience is like

    Duration: 3 hours (with the option to extend)

    Small group: maximum 8 people

    Format: hands-on + theory

     

    You’ll start by learning the basics on land and finish on the water, rowing as a team and feeling how everything comes together.
