What do I need to do to organize an experience as a host?

You have two easy options!

A) Create the experience you want to perform and publish the venue on Khalma.

A.1)Create the experience in the menu at the top of the page, click on: "PUBLISH", and then, on the drop-down menu click on: "An experience". After that, a new page will open up. Please, complete all the relevant fields regarding the experience.

A.2) When finished, you will have to add the venue you want to link the experience to.

You will see a screen with two options:

 Do you have a venue for the experience?

1) Yes, it is my venue that I already registered on Khalma or It's registered by another host.

2) Yes, it is my venue and I am going to register it on Khalma. (This will be your option)

3) This is an online experience.

 Don't you have any space? Choose to collaborate with a host who is looking for someone like you to lead their experience or find a venue. But you are on the FAQs Host so We suppose it is not your option.

B) Another way is to start registering your Venue and later the experience. In the menu at the top, click on:

B.1) "PUBLISH", and then, on the drop-down menu click on: "VENUE". There you can fill in the fields and publish it. You can also do it through the tab "My venues" on your profile. In the list of your venues, click the button at the top: "CREATE A NEW VENUE".

B.2) Create your experience and later add the venue: once you have created the experience, add your venue using the 2nd option.

There are 2 options when you organize an experience as a host:

1) You have a venue and you lead the activity as professional: When you create an experience on Khalma, if you have a venue and you are going to lead the activity as professional, you must add the professional to the experience (as you have added the venue to the experience before,with the same 3 steps) If you have any doubts, you can read the Professional FAQ's

2) You have a venue, but you are NOT the professional who leads the activity: If this is the case, you will have to share the experience with another professional. Before creating your experience, we recommend that you look at the "Experiences that need a venue". In the menu at the top, you will see the list of experiences that need a venue below " DO YOU WANT TO COLLABORATE WHITH OTHERS?". You can make an agreement with the professional who leads it (agreeing on the day, hour, maximum amount of people and the price). They will add your venue to their experience.

If you do not find any suitable experience that needs a venue, you can publish a new experience, and your new experience will be shown in the list of experiences that need a professional. Thus, other professionals will be able to contact you.

Likewise, we recommend that you take a look at the list of the registered professionals on Khalma. They can be found below "DO YOU WANT TO COLLABORATE WHITH OTHERS? --> Professionals". You will be able to talk to them and make an agreement. If you have published an experience that needs a professional, and you have found a professional, you can add them to the experience. Therefore it will be published and other users will be able to book it.

One last thing! Share the experience with all your friends! There are social network buttons on the experience page, so you can share it.
