    What will we do?

    Haven't you tried Capoeira yet?

    A combination of acrobatics, dance, and other body expressions will work physically and learn to manage your emotions.

    The practice of Capoeira will give you access to various emotional, corporal-creative, musical, and historical-cultural aspects.

    Its practice allows you to develop body control tools through physical strengthening through movements. At the same time, it requires you to surpass yourself at every moment with patience and perseverance to achieve the proposed objectives.

    No previous knowledge is required; we will adapt to any need.

    The classes on TUESDAY and THURSDAY will be in a sports center located in the neighborhood of Los Remedios. 

    At 5 p.m. for children and at 8 p.m. for adults.

    The classes on SATURDAY will be in Maria Luisa Park. Some weeks we are not in Seville.

    The schedules for adults are those indicated in CALENDAR.

    The challenge is nothing more and nothing less than with yourself!
