What will we do?

Do you want a day of YOGA + CONVIVIENCE + TRANSFORMATION + FUN? 🚀 🧘

I invite you to a full day of connecting with yourself - a fun fellowship with people who are just like you!

  • In the morning:

We will have a practical Yoga class, which includes: Meditation, Asanas (adaptable postures for all levels), and personalized adjustments during the asanas to help you improve your personal practice. 

 

We will have a special lunch with different paellas and appetizers. 😋🥘🍲

  • In the afternoon:

After lunch, we will have some moments to rest or take a ¡dip in the pool 🏊 after lunch!

Then we will continue with a workshop in which we will develop the basic principles of wellness to help you have a healthy life.👨💻💪🥦

We will do an Inverted workshop, in which we will learn tricks to improve our posture and perform inverted and balancing 🤸

Finally, we will learn techniques to self-massage and do petite massages to relieve tensions between partners 👨‍🚀
