The professional is the person leads an experience. The professional can be public or private.

Click on the tab "Become an organizer", in the menu at the top of the home page and click on "I WANT TO BE AN ORGANIZER".

Fill in all your personal data in your profile: ID, address, and a brief introduction telling us why you want to join Khalma.com.

When you click on the button "Become an organizer" you will see a screen with three options:


1) Register my professional profile: By filling in all the fields, you can register your profile.

2) Register my venue: If you have a venue you can fill in all the fields, you will register your venue on Khalma.com. Once you have finished, (If you click on the form, "I'll register my venue for my experiences and I want my venue to be visible on the venue list") the venue will appear in the venue list if you wish. .

3) I want to keep using Khalma: you can keep browsing the web. Keep in mind that if you want to organize an experience you must complete the professional or space profile before creating your experience.

There is another way of registering as a professional: You will see that the menu at the top has changed and now there is a new tab: "PUBLISH". In the drop-down menu you will see three options:

1) An experience.- After filling in all the fields of the experience, you will be able to add a professional. Now you can fill in all the fields with your professional profile.

2) A venue.- If you have a venue, you can also register it.

3) A professional.- Filling in all the fields, you will register your professional profile on Khalma.com. Once you have finished, (If you click "I'll register my professional profile for my experiences and I want my profile to be visible on the professional list.") your professional profile will appear in the professional list if you wish.

You could also do it by clicking on your username (on the top-right), a menu will be displayed in which you will see two options where to add your professional profile:

1) "Add professional":  You will access the professional creation form.

2) "My professional":  Inside of this page, you will see a bottom "CREATE A NEW PROFESSIONAL"

There are 3 Host price plans: FREE, GOLD AND PLATINUM.

With the first one, the FREE plan:

 The publication of your experiences and professional profile is totally free. Khalma takes 20% of the price per booking that will be charged in commission fees for use of the website (minimum fee: 1€ per booking), once the client has paid.

The only limits to this plan are that you can only publish 3 experiences per month and you will not be able to schedule experiences more than 1 month in advance.

There are NO Limits with the GOLD PLAN!:

You will be able to publish as many experiences as you wish, and also you will have the chance to schedule your experiences ONE YEAR in advance. . All of this for a subscription of only 9 €/month!

The PLATINUM PLAN:

Includes every benefit of the GOLD PLAN + THE ULTIMATE MARKETING PACK. What does THE ULTIMATE MARKETING PACK consist of?:

1) Your publications will appear HIGHLIGHTED in our list of experiences, so other users will find you easily

2) We will review your texts and improve their copywriting. This way, you will entice your clients, improving your bookings at 20%.

3) We compromise to post one advertisement per week on all our social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) of your published experience.

4) You will be in our Podcast and Blog "Ahora Bienestar" where you can explain your experiences on Khalma and receive more clients. 

All of this is included in the PLATINUM PLAN for 29 €/month.

By becoming a professional, you advertise yourself for free, getting immediate feedback from the users: 

1) You will have more flexibility regarding to the place in which you perform your experiencies. No more rents; now you can open to the market wherever you go.

2) You will be able to contact with a lot of sector professionals.

3) Get some extra clients.

4) Offer your online experiences.

5) Helping to the community to be healthier.

If you do not have a venue to carry out the experience, you can find a venue on Khalma. You must make a previous agreement with the host: maximum capacity, how much money will you charge every usr for the experience, how much money will each of you earn...

Agreements regarding fees will be at the discretion of host and professional without any interference by Khalma.

On the other hand, you could lead an experience in a public space like in a park, close to the river, or in any other public zone if it is permitted to carry out this activitiy. (You must check the local laws). 

And finally, the new feature on Khalma is that you can organize an online experience! 

Khalma does NOT assume any liability for agreements made between host and professionals regarding fees or any liability to carry out an experience in a space not permitted. 

Yes, there is no problem. However, it is mandatory that the performed experience is legal and related to the mental, physical and/or emotional wellness.

As we have mentioned before, a profesional profile can be either an individual or a company. If you do not have a venue, the Professional should make contact with a Host and make an economic agreement (either if the professional is an individual or a company), as we explain in EXPERIENCE CREATION.

In both cases, the company must be updated to the payments to the Social Security, Hacienda (the Spanish Tax Office), other taxes... Khalma reviews EVERY CV and the evaluations the users make of the professionals, so we can ensure the quality of all our professionals.

The main priority is that you are qualified to lead the experience you want to advertise in the platform.

Our priority is the safety of the users. The liability is only yours, so you are liable if anything happens in the experience and in the case of an accident or if something happens to the users.

According to the applicable law in Spain, if undertaking a regular economic experience, you must have Social Security, pay your taxes to Hacienda (the Spanish Tax Office), and have a Civil Liability Insurance. If you do not have a Civil Liability Insurance, we can recommend some insurance companies for our Khalma Professionals. If you are in another country you should review and comply with the Legal conditions in the Country to organize these experiences.

Before organizing any experience, you must read the Conditions of General Use, and the Professional Private Collaboration Agreement, or Professional Company Collaboration Agreement. (depending on whether you are a private individual or a company).

You can publish as many experiences as you wish, depending on the package you have chosen, it will be subject to some terms and conditions.

Remember that with the GOLD and PLATINUM plans there are NO limits to the frequency and schedule! You can see that in the differents suscriptions.

You can become a Khalma professional if you are a wellness professional (yoga instructor, dance instructor, coach, beauty professional, etc.).

You can be either a freelancer or a company with more than one professional.

If you are a Professional but you do not have a venue for performing your experience, you can collaborate with a host so you will enjoy the activities Khalma will help you to organize.

You can publish your professional profile with photos, videos and information about the kind of host you are interested in, among other data. In addition, you can explore the different professional proposals (Experiences that need a professional) and contact them to launch their proposals.

If you do not find an experience that interests you, you can suggest one of your own, and other hosts can contact you to offer their venues.
